Treatment in an established case is prolonged and improving patient compliance with education and counseling is important.

Tratamenduak normalean kaltetutako eremuan kremak edo esteroideen injekzioak erabiltzea dakar. Kasu larriagoetan edo egoskorretan, terapia argia edo sistema immunologikoa kentzen duten botikak bezalako tratamenduak behar izan daitezke. Talidomida eta lenalidomida kasu larrietarako aukerak dira, baina albo-ondorio larriak izan ditzakete.
